HISTORY
Southgate Realty Corporation was created by its founder and president, Michael Ferra. Mr. Ferra has been a real estate investor and foreclosure specialist for over 15 years, was in the banking industry for 25 years, ran a successful retail franchise for over 10 years, and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). This company, founded in 2002, concentrates on serving commercial customers in Nassau County and the adjacent South Shore communities for whatever their commercial real estate needs might be.
